Chanchal Gupta is the company secretary and compliance officer of our Company. She holds a post-graduate degree in accounting and business statistics from University of Rajasthan. She is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She joined our Company on September 02, 2024 as our company secretary. She has a good experience in handling secretarial matters and Listing Compliances. She is responsible for coordination of meetings of the board and shareholders of our Company, secretarial work, and liaising with the statutory and regulatory authorities.
