Non-Executive Independent Director Surendra Mehta is a Non-Executive Independent Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Udaipur and a polytechnic diploma in accountancy from Newcastle Upon Tyne Polytechnic. He is also a certificated Licentiate of the Institute of Administrative Accountants (London). He was associated with Richardson Hall Kennedy & Co., England (U.K) for 06 years as accountant. He worked as full time Director and CEO for National Multitech Commodity Exchange, Brisk securities Limited, Sumpoorna Portfolio Limited and Fairwealth Securities Limited. In addition to our Company, he is currently on the board of directors of Makler Metro Private Limited, Upright Capital Partners Private Limited and Brisk Capital Market Services Limited.
