Bhupendra Kumar Gupta is the chief financial officer of our Company. He is an associate of the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India. He joined our Company on April 29, 2024 as the chief financial officer. He has several years of experience in the field of accounts and finance. He is responsible for, inter alia, evaluating optimum financing options, building financial models, financial research and analysis, evolving the strategy of our Company including mergers and acquisitions and negotiating transactions, policy implementation and liaising with banks and financial institutions for obtaining funds.
